Most projects start with Next.js, React, TypeScript and Tailwind CSS. For the backend, I usually shape the stack around the product: Prisma or Drizzle, PostgreSQL, auth, dashboards, bots, CMS features, or AI integrations depending on what the business actually needs.

A focused marketing site can move in 2-3 weeks. Most product builds land somewhere between 4-8 weeks. If we're talking about a larger SaaS, commerce platform, or admin-heavy system, the timeline usually stretches to 8-12 weeks after proper scoping.

I prefer fixed-scope proposals, not vague hourly work. That means you know what is being built, what it costs, and what the delivery path looks like before work starts. For ongoing support, we can also structure a monthly retainer.

I'm primarily focused on implementation, architecture, and shipping. But on many projects I also shape the UI/UX direction, especially when the starting point is a rough brief, wireframe, or incomplete design. If you already have Figma files, I can translate them precisely into code.
